If you can’t log in to your Capital.com account, here’s how to troubleshoot depending on the issue:

Follow the password reset instructions on the login page to create a new one.

Check your email or mobile device for delays, or ensure that your authentication app or SMS service is working properly.

 Other tips:

  • Make sure you’ve entered your username and password correctly.
  • Try using a different sign-in method — you may have created your Capital.com account using your Apple, Facebook, or Google credentials. If so, click the relevant option to sign in.
  • Check your internet connection to ensure it’s stable, and confirm that you’re not already logged in on another device or browser tab.
  • Clear your browser’s cache and cookies, then try logging in again.
