How can I change my password?

Available in the app only

To change your password on the mobile app, go to 'Account' > 'Settings' and select ‘Change password’. Enter your current password, type your new password and confirm it, click on 'Save' and the password will be updated.

To help protect your account and ensure the highest level of security, we require all passwords to meet the following criteria:

  • Minimum of 8 characters
  • At least one special character (e.g., ! @ # $ %)
  • At least one uppercase letter (A–Z)
  • At least one lowercase letter (a–z)
  • At least one digit (0–9)

When creating your password, please make sure it complies with all of the above requirements.

Alternatively, you can contact our client support team and we will help you change your password. It's important that you never share your password with anyone else to ensure the security of your account. We will never ask you to disclose your password.

For added security, we advise that you enable two-factor authentication (2FA).
