To help protect your account,  you need a secure password that is a jumbled mix of letters, numbers, and characters. To ensure nobody can crack it, our password must meet the following criteria:

  • at least 8 characters long
  • one special character (e.g. ! @ # $ %)
  • one uppercase letter (A–Z)
  • one lowercase letter (a–z)
  • one number (0–9)

Some examples of strong passwords: (for reference only – please don’t use these)

  • Sunrise@2024
  • Ocean!Wave9
  • Mt.Everest1!

These examples only show the correct format. For your own security, always create a password that’s unique and memorable to you. Avoid using the same passwords across different platforms, accounts, or sites.
