In case you would like to change the profile details (name, date of birth, address, country of residence, etc.) please send us an email with your request to support@capital.com.
We kindly ask you to include a reason for a change in your email request as well.
You'll also need to send one of the following documents if you wish to change:
- Your passport (the photo page);
- Your national ID document (front and back);
- Your driver’s license (front and back).
- Utility bill (ie water, gas, electricity, television services, landline phone bills, etc);
- Bank statement (including screenshots of online banking and bank letter);
- Residence certificate;
- Credit/Debit card statements;
- Tax statements or local authority tax bill;
- Government-issued documents (notices/election invitations/etc.);
- Landline internet bills;
- Mortgage statements.
