If your account has no balance, in the app, go to Account - Settings - Close account.

For the web version, go to Settings in the bottom left corner - Personal details - Close account.
If you have a balance, please email support@capital.com from the email associated with your account. Let us know you want to deactivate your account and include a reason if you can.
