My account has been suspended, why?

Common reasons include:

  • Your uploaded identity and address documents have expired.
  • You haven't submitted all the required documents for account verification. You can upload them via our app or website.

    App: go to Account - My requests.

    Website: click on LIVE or DEMO in the top right corner, then select My requests.
