You may be required to provide a valid proof of address document. This can be a PDF file, a screenshot, or a photo of the printed document.
The document should:
- Include your full name and address
- Be issued within the last 6 months
- Clearly show all four corners of the document
- Contain readable text
You can upload one of the following documents:
- Utility Bill (e.g. water, gas, electricity, insurance, landline internet)
- Bank or Card Statement
- Rental/Lease Agreement
- Payslips
- Driver’s Licence (If not used as proof of identity)
- Proof of Age Card (If not used as proof of identity)
- Utility bill: Water/Gas/Electricity/Television services/Landline phone bills (please note that we do not accept mobile phone bills);
- Bank statement (including screenshots of online banking and bank letter);
- Residence certificate;
- Credit/Debit card statements;
- Tax statements or local authority tax bill;
- Government-issued documents (notices/election invitations/etc.);
- Landline internet bills;
- Mortgage statements.
