Need to remove a card from your account? We can help. For security and compliance reasons, this isn’t something you can do yourself – but our support team can handle it for you.

What to do

  • Contact us: Get in touch with our client support team via live chat or email and let us know which card you’d like to remove.
  • Verification (if needed): For security reasons, we may need to confirm that the card belongs to you. If that’s the case, we’ll let you know what documentation is required and guide you through the steps.
  • What happens next: Once we’ve got everything we need, we’ll remove the card and  confirm when it’s been done.

Note: While the card will no longer be shown as a payment method, we’re required by law to retain some card details securely for auditing purposes. This won’t affect your ability to manage funds or add new cards.
