Removing a saved card is a two-step process: verify the card first, then delete it.
Step 1: Verify the card
- Go to ‘Withdrawal’, select the card method, and tap ‘Edit’
- Tap the bin icon next to the card
- Tap ‘Verify card’
- Upload proof of card ownership and submit
Your request will show as in review. The card stays saved and cannot be deleted until the review is complete. You will be notified once it is approved.
Step 2: Delete the card
Once verification is approved, repeat steps 1 and 2 above, then tap Delete card to confirm.
