Why has my account been suspended?

Have more questions? Submit a request

There are a few reasons that your account may have been suspended or blocked. Here are the most common ones.

  • Your uploaded identity document has expired.
  • You haven't submitted all the required documents for account verification (please check the instructions on how to upload them here).
  • Below age requirements: you must be at least 18 years old to trade on Capital.com, and meet your local jurisdiction’s requirements.
  • Unsupported region: our services are available in more than 180 countries. If you can’t choose yours while onboarding, we don’t currently operate in your region.

If this doesn't resolve the issue, please reach out to support@capital.com to find out the specific reason and what steps to take for account verification.
