I do not have an access to my 2FA app, how can I restore the access to the account?

We will be able to remove the two-factor authentication from your account, so you could log in to it without entering the 2FA code. For security reasons, we will require to confirm your identity via a video call. Please email us to support@capital.com in order to schedule the video call.
